Respondents in<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\tall the petitions\t  <\/p>\n<p>\tThese habeas corpus petitions have been preferred under <a href=\"\/doc\/1712542\/\" id=\"a_1\">Article 226<\/a> of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a writ of habeas corpus.<br \/>\nHCP No.2005 of 2008: for a direction to the respondents to produce the body of person of petitioner&#8217;s children, namely Selvi Lavanya, aged 8 years and Selvi Keerthika aged 7 years before the court forthwith and hand over their custody to the petitioner.<br \/>\nHCP 2010 of 2008: for a direction to the respondents to produce the body of person of the petitioner&#8217;s children namely Master Vijay, aged 8 years and Selvi Banumathy, aged 6 years before the court and hand over their custody to the petitioner.<br \/>\nHCP No.2011 of 2008: for a direction to the respondents to produce the body of person of pettioners children namely master Vijaya kumar aged 10 years and Selvi Anju aged 8 years before the court and hand over their custody to the petitioner.<br \/>\nHCP No.2012 of 2008: for a direction to the respondents to produce the body of person of petitioner&#8217;s children, namely Master Rathinagiri aged 7 years and Master Bala Subramaniam aged 5 years before this court and hand over their custody to the petitioner.<br \/>\nHCP No.2013 of 2008: for a direction to the respondents to produce the body of person of petitioner&#8217;s child namely Master Elango aged 7 years before this court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.<br \/>\nHCP No.2016 of 2008: for a direction to the respondents to produce the body of person of her child namely Master Tamilarasan aged 12 years before this court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.<br \/>\nHCP No.2017 of 2008 : to produce the body of person of the petitioner&#8217;s child namely Master Surya aged 6 years.<br \/>\nHCP No.2018 of 2008 : to produce the body of person of petitioner&#8217;s children, namely Selvi Mariam Beebi aged 13 years, Selvi Saheena aged 8 years and Selvi Mumtaj aged 7 years.<br \/>\nHCP No.2019 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s child namely Selvi Sobika aged 8 years.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">HCP No.2020 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s child Master Srikanth aged 6 years.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">HCP No.2058 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s children, namely Master Perumal aged 15 years, Master Iyyappan aged 12 years, Master Arulpandi aged 9 years and Selvi Nandhini aged 8 years.<br \/>\nHCP No.2062 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s grand children namely master Poovarasan aged 5 years and Poornima aged 6 years.<br \/>\nHCP 2066 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s child namely Master Kumar aged 8 years.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">HCP No.2067 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s child namely Selvi Pushpa aged 7 years.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">HCP No.2069 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s children namely Master Sivakumar aged 13 years and Master Sathish kumar aged 11 years.<br \/>\nHCP No.2070 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s children namely Master Tamizharasan aged 8 years, Master Anbarasan aged 7 years and Master Santhosh aged 5 years.<br \/>\nHCP No.2071 of 2008 : to produce the petitioner&#8217;s brother Master Justin aged 14 years before this court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\tFor Petitioners : Mx.Auxilia Peter<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\tin all petitions<\/p>\n<p>\tFor Respondents : Mr.P.Kumaresan, APP<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\tin all petitions<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">COMMON ORDER<\/p>\n<p>(The order of the court was made by M.CHOCKALINGAM, J.)<\/p>\n<p>\tThese petitions have been brought forth by the petitioner in each petition seeking for the issue of a writ of habeas corpus. When the matter was taken up for enquiry in the last hearing, it was represented that all the children found in the petitions and in respect of whom custody is sought for, were in the Government Home and the Government has decided to file counter in this regard.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">\t2.When the matter is taken up today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the State that the children have been handed over to their respective parents, which fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner in each petition. An endorsement is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in each petition in this regard and the same is also recorded. Under these circumstances, the request of the petitioner in each petition does not require for consideration. Accordingly, all these petitions are dismissed.
