The\u00a0Bench\u00a0of\u00a0Mrs.\u00a0Annapurna\u00a0Dixit,\u00a0Information\u00a0Commissioner,\u00a0scheduled\u00a0the\u00a0hearing\u00a0for\u00a0October\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         21,\u00a02010.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">3.       Nobody\u00a0represented\u00a0the\u00a0Public\u00a0Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">4.       The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0present\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">Decision<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">5.       On\u00a0perusal\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0submissions\u00a0on\u00a0record,\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0noted\u00a0that\u00a0 \u00a0the\u00a0photocopies\u00a0of\u00a0notings\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         related\u00a0to\u00a0Dr.\u00a0B.N.\u00a0Singh&#8217;s\u00a0LPC\u00a0had\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0Commission,\u00a0therefore,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         directs\u00a0the\u00a0PIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0file\u00a0notings\u00a0as\u00a0sought\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0against\u00a0point\u00a0no.(1)\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         application\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0LPC\u00a0,\u00a0as\u00a0also\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0sought\u00a0in\u00a0\u00a0point\u00a04\u00a0,\u00a0free\u00a0of\u00a0cost\u00a0by\u00a025 th\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         November,\u00a02010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">6.
