2.      In\u00a0this\u00a0case,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had,\u00a0in\u00a0her\u00a0application\u00a0dated\u00a06\u00a0January\u00a02009,\u00a0<\/p>\n
requested\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0for\u00a0certain\u00a0information\u00a0regarding\u00a0the\u00a0opening\u00a0and\u00a0closing\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n
current\u00adaccount \u00a0 by \u00a0 partnership \u00a0 firms \u00a0 and \u00a0 the \u00a0 action \u00a0 taken \u00a0 on \u00a0 four \u00a0 different\u00a0<\/p>\n
applications\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0sent\u00a0earlier.\u00a0In\u00a0his\u00a0reply\u00a0dated\u00a028\u00a0January\u00a02009,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0<\/p>\n
provided \u00a0 most \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 information \u00a0 except \u00a0 the \u00a0 action \u00a0 taken \u00a0 on \u00a0 the \u00a0 said \u00a0 four\u00a0<\/p>\n
applications.\u00a0Not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0reply\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO,\u00a0she\u00a0preferred\u00a0an\u00a0appeal\u00a0<\/p>\n
on\u00a019\u00a0march\u00a02009.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0appeal\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0order\u00a0<\/p>\n
dated \u00a0 18 \u00a0 April \u00a0 2009 \u00a0 in \u00a0 which \u00a0 he \u00a0 stated \u00a0 that \u00a0 in \u00a0 spite \u00a0 of \u00a0 search, \u00a0 the \u00a0 said\u00a0<\/p>\n
applications\u00a0could\u00a0not\u00a0be\u00a0traced\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Gandhi\u00a0Road\u00a0Branch\u00a0and,\u00a0therefore,\u00a0no\u00a0<\/p>\n
information\u00a0regarding\u00a0the\u00a0notings\/remarks\/observations\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0regard\u00a0could\u00a0be\u00a0<\/p>\n
provided.\u00a0It\u00a0is\u00a0against\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0has\u00a0come\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0CIC\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n
second\u00a0appeal.\n<\/p>\n

 3.      We \u00a0 heard \u00a0 this \u00a0 case \u00a0 through \u00a0 videoconferencing. \u00a0 The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 was\u00a0<\/p>\n
present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Gandhinagar\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC\u00a0whereas\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0were\u00a0<\/p>\n
present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Ahmedabad\u00a0studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0<\/p>\n
submitted\u00a0that\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0request\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO,\u00a0she\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0them\u00a0with\u00a0a\u00a0set\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n
those\u00a0four\u00a0applications\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0hope\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0authorities\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0able\u00a0to\u00a0locate\u00a0<\/p>\n
those\u00a0and\u00a0provide\u00a0her\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0desired\u00a0information.\u00a0She\u00a0also\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0she\u00a0<\/p>\n
had\u00a0indeed\u00a0sent\u00a0these\u00a0applications\u00a0not\u00a0only\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Branch\u00a0concerned\u00a0but\u00a0also\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0Zonal\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0Head\u00a0Office\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Bank\u00a0where\u00a0they\u00a0could\u00a0be\u00a0found.\u00a0The\u00a0<\/p>\n
Respondent\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0they\u00a0had\u00a0tried\u00a0to\u00a0locate\u00a0these\u00a0applications\u00a0but\u00a0could\u00a0<\/p>\n
not\u00a0find\u00a0those\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Branch.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
4.      We\u00a0think\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0should\u00a0search\u00a0for\u00a0these\u00a0applications\u00a0again\u00a0not\u00a0<\/p>\n
only\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Branch\u00a0concerned\u00a0but\u00a0also\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0superior\u00a0offices\u00a0including\u00a0the\u00a0Head\u00a0<\/p>\n
Office\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Bank\u00a0and\u00a0find\u00a0out\u00a0if\u00a0any\u00a0action\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0taken\u00a0on\u00a0those.\u00a0In\u00a0any\u00a0<\/p>\n
case,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0him\u00a0to\u00a0inform\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0outcome\u00a0of\u00a0his\u00a0search\u00a0<\/p>\n
within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0photocopies\u00a0<\/p>\n
of\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0documents\/records\u00a0showing\u00a0any\u00a0action\u00a0taken,\u00a0if\u00a0any,\u00a0on\u00a0those\u00a0<\/p>\n
applications.\u00a0In\u00a0case,\u00a0however,\u00a0if\u00a0these\u00a0applications\u00a0are\u00a0not\u00a0available\u00a0anywhere,\u00a0<\/p>\n
