Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :05\/02\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n               P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n                      -------------------------\n                  W.P (C) No.3940 of 2010\n                      --------------------------\n              Dated this the 5th February, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Being aggrieved by Ext.P3 order passed by the<\/p>\n<p>assessing authority, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>appeal along with Ext.P5 petition for stay and also Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>petition for condoning the delay in filing the appeal, which<\/p>\n<p>are stated as pending             consideration before 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   The petitioner is aggrieved of the coercive steps<\/p>\n<p>being pursued against him, as borne by Exts.P1 and P2<\/p>\n<p>notices issued under the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act<\/p>\n<p>which in turn are sought to be challenged in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      4.
