To S.C.III\n                                    ------\n      02\/Dated: 21st September, 2011\n\n      1)       Counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is the owner of Khata\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      No.203, Plot No.16B\/4, Area 5.81 Acres situated at village-Amrora, P.O.+P.S.<br \/>\n      Bhawnathpur, District Garhwa and his land was given to the respondents and,<br \/>\n      therefore, he is entitled to get compassionate appointment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2)       When this Court raised a query how the petitioner or his father or his grand-<br \/>\n      father or his forefather is owner of the property, counsel for the petitioner had no<br \/>\n      document to justify this averment and in view of this fact, there is no reason for this<br \/>\n      Court to grant any prayer made in the memo of petition. Moreover, counsel for the<br \/>\n      respondents has submitted that the land in question is never belonging to the petitioner<br \/>\n      or his forefathers and the land is actually belonging to the Government as a<br \/>\n      Gairmazarua Malik land.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3)       In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to exercise inherent power<br \/>\n      vested to this Court under <a href=\"\/doc\/1712542\/\" id=\"a_1\">Article 226<\/a> of the Constitution of India for grant of any relief<br \/>\n      prayed for in the memo of petition.
