(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">C.M. No.3757-CII of 2009<\/p>\n<p>          Allowed, as prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">C.R. No. 809 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>          The only grievance of the petitioner is with<\/p>\n<p>regard to the inordinate delay in disposal of the suit under<\/p>\n<p>reference. The learned counsel points out that the suit<\/p>\n<p>was instituted in the year 2005.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">          The petition shall stand disposed of in limine<\/p>\n<p>with a direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> C.R. No. 809 of 2009                                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the suit under reference within a period of six months<\/p>\n<p>from today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">             The acknowledgment (of a copy of this order)<\/p>\n<p>issued     by    the   concerned   Judicial   Officer   shall       be<\/p>\n<p>forwarded to the Registry of this Court. The Learned<\/p>\n<p>District Judge shall himself maintain a tab to ensure that<\/p>\n<p>the case is disposed of by the aforementioned period.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">February 13, 2009                              ( S.D.
