The matter was called for hearing today dated\n16.10.2009. Appellant present. The public authority is represented\nby Shri Ram Chander, Dy. Director (Industrial) &amp; Shri Mann Singh,\nAsstt. Director (Industrial). The appellant would submit that the\norder of the Commission has not been complied with in letter and\nspirit. On the other hand, Shri Ram Chander would submit that\ninspection of the documents has been given to the appellant and some\ndocuments have already been provided to him. The appellant,\nhowever, is not satisfied with this. Hence, Shri Ram Chander is\nhereby directed to give another inspection of documents to the\nappellant and to provide copies of the documents, as requested.\n\n2.
