No.   61\/2010    dated    29.9.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   has   been   filed    by   the   O.L.       stating    that<\/p>\n<p>                   pursuant     to     this    Court&#8217;s         order     dated<\/p>\n<p>                   15.7.2010     advertisements         were     issued    in<\/p>\n<p>                   several newspapers, namely, &#8220;Times of India&#8221;,<\/p>\n<p>                   &#8220;Economics Times&#8221;, &#8220;Punjab Keshri&#8221;(Punjabi),<\/p>\n<p>                   &#8220;Hindustan Times&#8221; and &#8220;Hindustan&#8221; (Hindi) in<\/p>\n<p>                   as many as 32 editions of the said newspapers<\/p>\n<p>                   throughout the country with respect to the<\/p>\n<p>                   land described in four separate schedules but<\/p>\n<p>                   pursuant to the same only two tenders have<\/p>\n<p>                   been received, one each for two schedules.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Under the direction of this Court the<\/p>\n<p>                   sealed tenders are opened with the following<\/p>\n<p>                   result:-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              (i) Tender form for Schedule-2 in the<\/p>\n<p>                   name of Kirti Agrawal, Ram Kumar Agrawal and<\/p>\n<p>                   Anuradha Singh, 254, Nimbuwala, Garhi Cantt.<\/p>\n<p>                   Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand offering the price of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.2,50,00,000\/- for the purchase of assets<\/p>\n<p>                   and properties of Schedule-2 described in the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                      -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>sale notice along with seven Bank Drafts for<\/p>\n<p>different     amounts       drawn     on    different         Banks<\/p>\n<p>totalling      Rs.60,00,000\/-              towards       earnest<\/p>\n<p>money.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">         (ii)    Tender       Form     for      Schedule-4       in<\/p>\n<p>the name of UTOPIAN OUTDOORS INDIA PVT. LTD.,<\/p>\n<p>18-Aketa Avenue Rajpur Road- Dehradun-248001,<\/p>\n<p>Uttara      Khand          offering        the      price       of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.59,00,000\/- for the purchase of assets and<\/p>\n<p>properties     of     Schedule-4       described          in   the<\/p>\n<p>sale   notice    along        with    a     Bank    Draft       for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.50,00,000\/- dated 27.9.2010 drawn on State<\/p>\n<p>Bank of India, Service Branch, Patna.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">         The    Official        Liquidator         points      out<\/p>\n<p>that Schedule-2 lands have been valued by the<\/p>\n<p>valuer   of    the    State     Bank       of    India    at   Rs.<\/p>\n<p>6,00,00,000\/-          and     Schedule-4          at    Rs    5.02<\/p>\n<p>crores. He further states that he has come in<\/p>\n<p>possession of certain revised circle rate of<\/p>\n<p>2009-11 with respect to the lands in question<\/p>\n<p>and would like to examine the offers made in<\/p>\n<p>the light of the same.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">         Learned counsel for the State Bank of<\/p>\n<p>India also prays for one week&#8217;s time to seek<\/p>\n<p>instruction in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                       -3-<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">\n<p id=\"p_8\">                Let the offers be kept on the record.<\/p>\n<p>                Put up on 7.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">                In   the    intervening       period,       the<\/p>\n<p>      tenderers may get in touch with the Official<\/p>\n<p>      Liquidator and inform him of any increase in<\/p>\n<p>      the offer made by them.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">                The Bank Drafts are directed to be<\/p>\n<p>      handed over to the Official Liquidator who<\/p>\n<p>      may deposit the same in the Bank Account.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">                Let a copy of this order be given to<\/p>\n<p>      learned counsel for the State Bank of India.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">                A prayer has also been made in the<\/p>\n<p>      report for payment of the bill amounting to<\/p>\n<p>      Rs.16,57,214\/- of the Advertising Agency M\/s.<\/p>\n<p>      Avianca   Advertising.
