Misra, J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">  2. The petitioner has challenged the order of cancellation dated 30.1.2003.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">  3. Keeping in view the orders passed in similar cases, namely W.P. No. 4002 of 2003 dated 7.2.2003 and  W.P. No. 5621 of 2003 dated 21.2.2003, I dispose of the writ petition by quashing the impugned order and further directing that the order relating to cancellation shall be treated as notice to show cause and the petitioner shall file his reply within two weeks from today, thereafter, the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with law by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and may be disposed of expeditiously as possible.
