DENESAN, J.\n\n\n\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                  W.P.(C) No. 6076 OF 2007 W\n\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n                Dated this the 14th March, 2007\n\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     The   petitioner   is   working   as   Deputy   Ranger   in   the<\/p>\n<p>Department   of   Forests.                His   request   to   declare<\/p>\n<p>satisfactory   completion   of   his   probation   in   that   post<\/p>\n<p>and for promotion to the post of Ranger has been turned<\/p>\n<p>down   by  the  2nd  respondent-Chief  Conservator   of  Forests<\/p>\n<p>by   Ext.   P5   order   dated   2-2-2007.     The   petitioner   has<\/p>\n<p>preferred   Ext.   P6   representation   before   the   1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent   seeking   to   set   aside   Ext.   P5   order   and   for<\/p>\n<p>granting  consequential reliefs.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2.   Counsel   for   the   petitioner   submits   that   unless<\/p>\n<p>directions   are   issued   by   this   Court   for   early<\/p>\n<p>consideration          and         disposal         of         Ext.         P6,         the<\/p>\n<p>representation   filed  by  the  petitioner  is  likely  to  go<\/p>\n<p>unnoticed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">     3.   In   the   nature   of   the   above   contention   and   the<\/p>\n<p>nature of the order I propose to pass, notice need not<\/p>\n<p>be issued to the 3rd respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">     4. Heard Govt. Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">     5.   There   shall   be   an   order   directing   the   1st<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">WPC No.6076 \/2007               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondent   to   consider   Ext.   P6   on   merits   and   pass<\/p>\n<p>orders   in   accordance   with   law   within   two   months   from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">        The   petitioner   shall   produce   a   copy   of   the<\/p>\n<p>judgment and a copy of the writ petition before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent for information and compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                                 K.K.
