RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~\n                      B.A. No. 3959 of 2010\n               ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~\n            Dated: 15th day of September, 2010\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioners, who are accused Nos.6 to 8 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.400\/2010 of East Kallada Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1119707\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 395<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1440821\/\" id=\"a_1\">332<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/4266\/\" id=\"a_2\">308<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1208971\/\" id=\"a_3\">353<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1198799\/\" id=\"a_4\">294(b)<\/a> I.P.C. and<\/p>\n<p>Section 3(1) of PDPP Act, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,       I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>24.9.2010 or 25.9.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material, if any.
