DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 04\/10\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tThe<br \/>\nchallenge in this petition under <a href=\"\/doc\/1712542\/\" id=\"a_1\">Article 226<\/a> of the constitution of<br \/>\nIndia is the order dated 22.09.2005 passed by the learned Additional<br \/>\nSessions Judge, Vadodara by which the petitioner was directed to pay<br \/>\nRs.1,000\/- p.m to the respondent-wife from the date of application<br \/>\n18.08.2001 and also to pay costs of Rs.2,000\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned advocate for the petitioner and perusing the record of<br \/>\nthe case, the above bare minimum amount awarded to the<br \/>\nrespondent-wife as maintenance does not require any interference by<br \/>\nthis Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthis petition is rejected with costs of Rs.5,000\/- to be paid to the<br \/>\nrespondent-wife over and above the arrears and costs to be deposited<br \/>\nby the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">[Anant<br \/>\nS.
