Case No. 78\/2011, for the offences under<\/p>\n<p>                        <a href=\"\/doc\/1897847\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 120B<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1560742\/\" id=\"a_1\">302<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_2\">307<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_3\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code and 27<\/p>\n<p>                        of the <a href=\"\/doc\/1934415\/\" id=\"a_4\">Arms Act<\/a>, is one of the named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                        with allegation of unsuccessfully shooting at the informant<\/p>\n<p>                        when by earlier firing caused by co-accused Sushil Singh i.e.<\/p>\n<p>                        brother of the petitioner, husband of the informant was dead.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                    Submission is that in the fardbeyan initially this<\/p>\n<p>                        allegation was also attributed against co-accused Sushil<\/p>\n<p>                        Singh, but with ulterior motive without any explanation<\/p>\n<p>                        shifted to the petitioner due to earlier continued land<\/p>\n<p>                        disputes. While objecting the prayer, it is submitted by<\/p>\n<p>                        learned counsel for the informant that petitioner is also<\/p>\n<p>                        named accused in earlier cases between the parties.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the<br \/>\n            case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of<\/p>\n<p>           four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>           bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>           thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>           the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at<\/p>\n<p>           Hajipur, in connection with Mahnar P.S.
