Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                               Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this<\/p>\n<p>                    court vide order dated 10.3.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no.2598\/2011.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                               The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner is in jail custody since 29.9.2010 but up till now trial has not<\/p>\n<p>                    been concluded and except one case, there is no other case in the<\/p>\n<p>                    credit of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                               Taking into consideration the period of detention of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner in jail custody as well as above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances, let the petitioner, Thithar Yadav, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,<\/p>\n<p>                    Khagaria in Allauli P.S.
