Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :03\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1390448\/\" id=\"a_1\">10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.GIRI, J\n                      -------------------\n                  W.P.(C<\/a>). 29187\/2007\n                      --------------------\n         Dated this the 3rd day of October, 2007\n\n                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">          The petitioner who claims to be the legally<\/p>\n<p>wedded wife of Venu, the fifth respondent, who is a store<\/p>\n<p>keeper in Indian Army, is aggrieved by the fact that the<\/p>\n<p>request made by her husband, fifth respondent, to change<\/p>\n<p>the name of the nominee for family pension, as sought for<\/p>\n<p>by her husband, has not been considered by the<\/p>\n<p>respondents. Apparently petitioner&#8217;s husband himself had<\/p>\n<p>made such request which was directed to be considered<\/p>\n<p>by this Court under Ext.P4 judgment. There is no reason<\/p>\n<p>why a decision, as sought for by the petitioner&#8217;s husband,<\/p>\n<p>has not been taken by this time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.
