It is<br \/>\nalso submitted that the Side Strip work will be completed within a<br \/>\nshort period, so that the road will be motorable.           So far as<br \/>\nasphalting is concerned, it will be done after October, 2011, because<br \/>\nat present Bitnum plants are not functioning, so it is not possible to<br \/>\nrecarpet the aforesaid road.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The aforesaid statement is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     Night Landing facility at Dumna Airport.\n<\/p>\n<p>       It is submitted by Shri Nair that the Director General of Civil<br \/>\nAviation vide letter dated 7.9.2011 had drawn attention of the<br \/>\nAirports Authority of India in respect of certain deficiencies and on<br \/>\ngetting the aforesaid information the Airports Authority of India after<br \/>\nmaking the deficiencies good has intimated to the Director General<br \/>\nof Civil Aviation on 16.9.2011, vide letter dated 13.9.2011 that all<br \/>\nthe deficiencies which were pointed out by the letter dated 7.9.2011<br \/>\nhave been made good. Now the Director General of Civil Aviation<br \/>\n                        M.C.C.No.5\/2004<\/p>\n<p>    has to verify and grant permission for Night Landing Facility at<br \/>\n    Jabalpur. It is submitted that as soon as the aforesaid permission is<br \/>\n    granted, the Night Landing Facility at Dumna Airport will be started.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Shri Vikram Singh, appearing for Director General of Civil<br \/>\n    Aviation submitted that within a period of one week from today the<br \/>\n    Director General of Civil Aviation shall take a final decision in respect<br \/>\n    of Night Landing facility at Jabalpur.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The aforesaid statement is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.
