APP (SJ) No.1198 of 2010\n                         MANOJ KUMAR SINGH\n                                  Versus\n                          THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02.   16.12. 2010             This appeal will be heard.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              Call for the L.C.R.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Learned counsel for the appellant submits<\/p>\n<p>                    that due to the appellant having been sentenced to a<\/p>\n<p>                    period below three years of imprisonment, he has<\/p>\n<p>                    been allowed provisional bail by the trial-court<\/p>\n<p>                    namely, Addl. Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No. IV, Siwan<\/p>\n<p>                    in S.T. No.235 of 1996. Prayer is made for<\/p>\n<p>                    confirming the provisional bail.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to<\/p>\n<p>                    the appellant Manoj Kumar is confirmed till the<\/p>\n<p>                    disposal of the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              The realization of fine imposed on the<\/p>\n<p>                    appellant shall remain stayed till the disposal of<\/p>\n<p>                    appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                                    (C.M.
