She is<br \/>\nidentified by learned advocate Mr.Hardik Pandit. Learned advocate<br \/>\nMr.Pandit submits that he will file his vakalatnama for respondent<br \/>\nno.3-original complainant during the course of the day.  This Court<br \/>\nascertained from the complainant about the fact to which she stated<br \/>\nthat the reunion took place between herself and the applicant and now<br \/>\nshe is residing with her husband and other family member and she has<br \/>\nno grievance against the applicant herein.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicant placed reliance on the following decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>1.\tB.S.Joshi<br \/>\nand others V\/s State of Haryana and \tAnother, (2003)4 SCC 675.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe judgment referred hereinabove and the facts as well as<br \/>\nsubmissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties,<br \/>\n this application is allowed.
