K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN)<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tFacts<br \/>\nwould show that service nos. 2000275 and 521218 stood in the name of<br \/>\nVasudev Trivedi.  He enjoyed both the connections either as owner or<br \/>\noccupier of the premises.  Theft was noticed in service no.521218.<br \/>\nPrima facie he was the beneficiary of the alleged illegal extraction<br \/>\nof electricity.  Under such circumstances, we find it difficult to<br \/>\nsustain the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge.  The<br \/>\ninterim order is vacated.
