Nanavati, learned Assistant Government<br \/>\nPleader, list on 25.01.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tIt<br \/>\nis represented by the learned advocate for the petitioner that in<br \/>\nsome matters, in spite of the ad-interim relief being granted by this<br \/>\nCourt, the Ashramshalas are passing orders of discharge of some of<br \/>\nthe petitioners. Three of such orders dated 26.12.2010, 03.01.2011,<br \/>\nand 03.01.2011 pertaining to Special Civil Applications Nos.16477 of<br \/>\n2010, 16478 of 2010 and 16516 of 2010 have been tendered by the<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioner, and are taken on the record of<br \/>\nthe case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Maulik G.
