Bilga,<\/p>\n<p>District Jalandhar.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">             Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court<\/p>\n<p>dated 22.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">              Learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions<\/p>\n<p>ASI Daler Singh states that the petitioners have joined investigation and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">               CRM-M No.8718 of 2011                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">              Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>present petition is allowed. Order dated 22.3.2011 is made absolute, subject<\/p>\n<p>to the limitations provided under <a href=\"\/doc\/1144664\/\" id=\"a_5\">Section 438(2)<\/a> of the Code.
