By the: impugned arder at Annexure~A, the 2&3<\/p>\n

respondent has rejected the claim of the petitieiaer for
\ngrant of occupancy rights, in respect Of  .' of<\/p>\n
land in Sy.N0.7 of Incllabeie village.<\/p>\n
4. Aggrieved by . \u00bb that,  ” petitien\ufb01v  3 \ufb01}e(i.<\/p>\n
this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n
5. In brief,   ‘th.e’\u00bb’1\u00a7etitioner’s father<\/p>\n
Dyavaiah  in respect of
\nSy.No.7  extent of 1 acre and
\n29  has ganted occupancy
\n   ex” 37 guntas, on the ground, %he<\/p>\n

A’  Intilsbele village which has been rejected and therefere,<\/p>\n
 this wxit petition.\n<\/p>\n
6. The learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n
contended that the Land ‘I’ribunai and 3136 the 23d<\/p>\n
:\/<\/p>\n
respondent have failed to consider that 9 acres and 7
\nguntas of land was owned by the joint family and not by<\/p>\n
the father of the petitioner or the petitioner exc11;:i.:iffe.ly<\/p>\n
and therefore, the impugned order trannot be   _<\/p>\n
in law. He also submitted that t1}OL!g}}.-ti”  <\/p>\n
\nTribunal has held] the father   3 <\/p>\n
cuitivating the land claimed   it    ><\/p>\n
occupancy rights only _ in res_p_eet_ e\u00a3f_37.”g,*ti_r1’tas;%on the<\/p>\n
