Heard      Shri     Rajesh        Kumar      Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                       learned     counsel       for   the     petitioner,           Shri<\/p>\n<p>                       Prabhu      Narayan      Sharma,       learned         A.C.     to<\/p>\n<p>                       learned     Advocate       General,      who      appears       on<\/p>\n<p>                       behalf    of      respondent     no.1\/State            and    Shri<\/p>\n<p>                       Equbal Ahmad, learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                       behalf      of     respondent      nos.2         to     5\/Patna<\/p>\n<p>                       University.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   The    petitioner,        who     superannuated<\/p>\n<p>                       with effect from 31.1.2002 from the post of<\/p>\n<p>                       University          Professor,          Post           Graduate<\/p>\n<p>                       Department        of     History      and     Professor-in-<\/p>\n<p>                       Charge      (Principal),        Patna       College,         Patna<\/p>\n<p>                       University,        has    prayed      for    a   declaration<\/p>\n<p>                       that   he    is     entitled     to     get      his    pension<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        revised in terms of Government Resolution<\/p>\n<p>        No.820 dated 23.9.2009 and also for merger<\/p>\n<p>        of   50%    Dearness        relief       in    his    basis<\/p>\n<p>        pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        submits    that     the    issue     involved        in   the<\/p>\n<p>        present     writ       petition    has     already        been<\/p>\n<p>        decided    on    3.12.2010        passed      in   C.W.J.C.<\/p>\n<p>        No.3616 of 2010 (Dr. Himanshu Bhushan Vs.<\/p>\n<p>        Tilkamanjhi         Bhagalpur        University            and<\/p>\n<p>        others) and other connected writ petitions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                   The     petition       stands      allowed       in<\/p>\n<p>        terms of order dated 3.12.2010 passed in<\/p>\n<p>        C.W.J.C.
