The Registry should not take such<br \/>\nunreasonable stand in the matter. In the event, the certified copy if<br \/>\nfully legible, a xerox copy of the same be filed in the second set,<br \/>\nwith a due care that the same should be legible. This will avoid<br \/>\ndelay in listing the matters before the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">An<br \/>\nendorsement be obtained from the concerned person (clerical staff of<br \/>\nthe office of the Public Prosecutor) to the effect that in the event<br \/>\nthe Court requires a typed copy of the judgment or any other<br \/>\ndocument, the same will be supplied.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">The<br \/>\nlearned Additional Public Prosecutor is granted time upto 19.3.2010<br \/>\nto remove office objections.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">(Ravi<br \/>\nR.
