Petitioner has already filed his<\/p>\n<p>objection as Ext.P2.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      Writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P2 objection and take a decision in the matter after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner for which the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will appear before the 1st respondent on 18.2.2009.
