No.11740 of 2011\n                              SURESH SINGH AND ANR.\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   25.04.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state assisted by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           Although petitioners are named in the FIR but only<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation against the petitioner No. 1 is the he caught hold of<\/p>\n<p>                 the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence. So far as<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner No. 2 is concerned, it is stated that he alongwith other<\/p>\n<p>                 accused assaulted the deceased with deadly weapons.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner No. 1,<\/p>\n<p>                 namely, Suresh Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                 bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each in connection with Ekma P.S.
