DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 11\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The applicant convict has<br \/>\n\tpreferred this application for grant of parole of 30 days for the<br \/>\n\tarrangement of betrothal ceremony of his daughter of marriageable<br \/>\n\tage which was previously rejected by the competent authority.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The jail record produced on the<br \/>\n\trecord reveal overall conduct of the convict as good, except on one<br \/>\n\toccasion, when the applicant had not surrendered in time and for the<br \/>\n\tsaid default, his furlough which was due came to be forfeited.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Considering<br \/>\n\toverall facts and circumstances, the applicant convict is granted<br \/>\n\tparole for a period of two<br \/>\n\tweeks, from the date<br \/>\n\tof his release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\n\tTwo Thousand Only), on the<br \/>\n\tusual terms and conditions and to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\n\tauthority and on completion of the parole period, the applicant<br \/>\n\tshall surrender in time before the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">With<br \/>\n\tthe aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands<br \/>\n\tdisposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">(Anant<br \/>\nS.
