SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                     --------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C)NO. 21322 OF 2007\n                     --------------------------------\n         DATED THIS THE 21st DAY OF AUGUST, 2007\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The petitioner claims to be in possession of a shop room in<\/p>\n<p>Karunagappally Devaswom Board Shopping Complex,which is allotted<\/p>\n<p>to the 3rd respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents<\/p>\n<p>1 and 2 to grant lease in respect of Room No.6 in Block No.10 of the<\/p>\n<p>Shopping Complex in the name of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Admittedly the shop room has been allotted to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner could not satisfy me that the Devaswom<\/p>\n<p>Board has accepted the petitioner as the lessee or licencee.         That<\/p>\n<p>being so, I am not satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to any reliefs<\/p>\n<p>in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                         S.
