The demands mentioned by them are :  Enhancement of subsidy component on diesel supply to fishermen Enhancement of kerosene quota for traditional fishing vessels Implementation of recommendations of Murari Committee Withdrawal of Aquaculture Bill, 2000 Ban on deep sea trawlers during monsoons Modifications on Coastal Zone Regulation guidelines permitting dwelling units\/huts of fishermen community in CRZ areas.I urge upon the Government to address the genuine grievances of the fishermen community from all over India by acceding to their demands.
