Patel for the applicant and Mr. H.L. Jani,<br \/>\nlearned Additional Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tSince<br \/>\nrelease of the applicant on bail in March 2010, no untoward incident<br \/>\nhas taken place and no breach of conditions granting bail has been<br \/>\nreported.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, condition<br \/>\nNo. 5(e) of order dated 09.03.2010 passed in Misc.
