Bihar University,Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                            The    petitioner,        who   superannuated<\/p>\n<p>                  with effect from 31.8.1985 as Professor-in-<\/p>\n<p>                  Charge from Rajendra College, Chapra, has<\/p>\n<p>                  prayed     for      a     declaration         that      the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner is entitled to get his pension<\/p>\n<p>                  revised in terms of Government Resolution<\/p>\n<p>                  No.820 dated 23.9.2009 as well as in view<\/p>\n<p>                  of order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        No.3616 of 2010 (Dr. Himanshu Bhushan Vs.<\/p>\n<p>        Tilkamanjhi      Bhagalpur      University     and<\/p>\n<p>        others) and other connected writ petitions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                   The writ petition stands allowed in<\/p>\n<p>        terms of order dated 3.12.2010 passed in<\/p>\n<p>        C.W.J.C.
