Rajapakar, District Vaishali.\n                                                                     -------- Opposite Parties\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02\/-   26\/08\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                      The petitioner apprehends his arrest, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        Complaint Case No. 257 of 2009 for the offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                        <a href=\"\/doc\/1868826\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 498(A)<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_1\">323<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_2\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code and Section \u00be of<\/p>\n<p>                        the <a href=\"\/doc\/1763444\/\" id=\"a_3\">Dowry Prohibition Act<\/a>, is named accused in this complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                        with allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc. to the complainant.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                      Submission is that petitioner intends to resume and<\/p>\n<p>                        continue the matrimonial relationship with the complainant, who is his<\/p>\n<p>                        one and only wife. To further, strengthen his intention he is ready to<\/p>\n<p>                        pay a sum of Rs. 500\/- (five hundred only) per month to the<\/p>\n<p>                        complainant by way of interim maintenance, subject to any order on<\/p>\n<p>                        the point by the competent court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of filing an application before the court below, clearly<\/p>\n<p>                        stating such intention as stated above and begin with the payment, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>            sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional<\/p>\n<p>            Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur (Vaishali), in connection with Complaint<\/p>\n<p>            Case No. 257 of 2009, subject to condition laid down under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_4\">Section<\/p>\n<p>            438(2)<\/a> of the Criminal Procedure Code with additional condition to<\/p>\n<p>            remain physically present before the court below on each and every<\/p>\n<p>            date at least for two years or till disposal of the case, whichever is<\/p>\n<p>            earlier, in case of failure on two consecutive dates, without giving any<\/p>\n<p>            reasonable explanation or even on single default in payment, the<\/p>\n<p>            liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Praveen\/-                            ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ram Nandan Rai vs The State Of Bihar &amp; Anr. on 26 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
