The college teachers are supposed to get the University Grants Commission\u00e2\u0080\u0099s pay scale but in Orissa, they have not got it and for the last four days, they have been demonstrating in front of the Secretariat of Orissa . The UGC has not released the funds and the Central Government has also not indicated the modalities on which the pay scales are to be fixed for them in Orissa.
