Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                         126\/2010         for       offences        under        <a href=\"\/doc\/988620\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections<\/p>\n<p>                         406<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1326844\/\" id=\"a_1\">409<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1436241\/\" id=\"a_2\">420<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1985627\/\" id=\"a_3\">467<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/556166\/\" id=\"a_4\">468<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1466184\/\" id=\"a_5\">471<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_6\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code,<\/p>\n<p>                         are named accused in this case being Assistant and<\/p>\n<p>                         Junior Engineer with allegation of committing some<\/p>\n<p>                         irregularities in verification of Mustor Roll relating<\/p>\n<p>                         with execution of schemes under NAREGA.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                     Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                         the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                         a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                         be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>                         Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties<br \/>\n            of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>           Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>           Barahiya P.S.
