Respondents\n\nPrayer:   Original Application No.6262 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal to direct the respondents his men and agents not to withhold the declaration of probation, regularisation and awarding Selection Grade and Promotion to the applicant which are lawfully due to the applicant, due to the pendency of O.A.No.3015 of 1990.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\t\tFor petitioner\t : L.Chandrakumar\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\tFor Respondents\t : Mr.S.Shiva Shanmugam\n\t\t\t\t   Government Advocate\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tOriginal Application No.6262 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal to direct the respondents his men and agents not to withhold the declaration of probation, regularisation and awarding Selection Grade and Promotion to the petitioner which are lawfully due to the petitioner, due to the pendency of O.A.No.3015 of 1990.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t2.The petitioner, who joined the service of Education Department as B.T. Assistant was reverted for not passing the Departmental test.  He challenged the said proceedings in O.A.No.3015 of 1990.  By virtue of interim order passed by the tribunal on 9.10.1990, the petitioner is continuing in the said post.  Consequently, he has filed the present original application in the year 1999, seeking declaration of probation, regularisation of his services and consequential benefits.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\t3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner&#8217;s claim for regularisation, based on the period of services rendered, keeping in mind the order already passed by the tribunal in O.A.No.3015 of 1990 and his representation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\t4.The petitioner is permitted to make further representation as above and such representation shall be considered and disposed of on merits in the light of the above said Tribunal sorder within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
