This shall include a sum of Rs.25,000\/- deposited<br \/>\n\tbefore the concerned Tribunal at the time of filing the appeal in<br \/>\n\teach of the claim petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Necessary<br \/>\n\torder with regard to the apportionment, investment and disbursement<br \/>\n\tshall be passed on 28.09.2010 or on filing the appearance by the<br \/>\n\trespondent &#8211;
