Mr.N.Mohideen Basha\n\t\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.G.Jeremiah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner and Mr.K.M.Vijaya Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.N.Mohideen Basha, the<br \/>\nlearned counsel appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 26.03.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nspecified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned Special Government pleader appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents 1 to 5, has no objection for such an order being passed by this<br \/>\nCourt.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on<br \/>\neither side, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation,<br \/>\ndated 26.03.2010, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as<br \/>\nwell as to the sixth respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nperiod of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The<br \/>\npetitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated<br \/>\n26.03.2010, to the third respondent, along with a copy of this order. However,<br \/>\nit is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion<br \/>\non the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
