His conduct in jail is also<br \/>\nreported to be unsatisfactory.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tBesides<br \/>\nthe aforesaid aspects, the relevant fact is that the applicant has<br \/>\nasked for temporary bail for 30 days for getting operated for<br \/>\ntreatment of piles, at private hospital.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tMr.Dabhi,<br \/>\nlearned APP, has submitted that the treatment including the<br \/>\nfacilities for operation of piles is available at and can be provided<br \/>\nby the Jail Authority, in the Government Hospital and the Jail<br \/>\nAuthority is ready to make the said facilities i.e. for operation and<br \/>\nfor treatment of piles, available to the applicant in the Government<br \/>\nHospital. He has submitted that the Jail Authority will make<br \/>\navailable the treatment and facilities of the operation available to<br \/>\nthe applicant as per the instruction, recommendation and report of<br \/>\nthe Medical Officer. Therefore, the application is disposed of with a<br \/>\ndirection to the Jail Authority to make available forthwith the<br \/>\nfacilities of operation, if require and also the treatment for piles,<br \/>\nto the applicant as per the recommendation and report by the Medial<br \/>\nOfficer, at the Government Hospital. The said facilities of the<br \/>\noperation and all necessary treatments shall be made available to the<br \/>\napplicant immediately without any delay.
