The<\/p>\n<p>                   cheque was bounced on account of account closed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Submission is that it was handed over to<\/p>\n<p>                   the complainant as security and it needs proper<\/p>\n<p>                   accounting,     considering     the     facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances, on deposit of the amount of which<\/p>\n<p>                   cheque was bounced with the court, subject to result<\/p>\n<p>                   of   the   case, in   the   event of   his   arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender within a period of four weeks, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          each to the satisfaction of Parveen Kumar Singh,<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate,      Patna, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Complaint Case No. 769(C) of 2010, subject to<\/p>\n<p>          condition under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_1\">section 438(2)<\/a> of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>          Criminal Procedure, and additional condition to<\/p>\n<p>          attend the court regularly at least for two years or till<\/p>\n<p>          disposal of the case, whichever is earlier and in the<\/p>\n<p>          event of failure on two consecutive dates, without<\/p>\n<p>          any reasonable explanation, the privilege granted<\/p>\n<p>          shall be deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Rajeev\/                              ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Probodh Kumar Roy vs The State Of Bihar on 29 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.25846 of 2011 Probodh Kumar Roy Versus The State Of Bihar &#8212;&#8212;&#8212; 02. 29.08.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
