      The petitioner is working as L.G.Arabic Teacher in St.Raphel’s L.P.<\/p>\n
School, Palarivattom. Aggrieved by the denial of approval of appointment,<\/p>\n
he has filed Ext.P12 revision petition before the Government. The revision<\/p>\n
is filed challenging Ext.P11 order passed by the District Educational<\/p>\n
Officer.\n<\/p>\n
      2.     Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned<\/p>\n
Government Pleader. There will be a direction to the first respondent to<\/p>\n
take a decision on Ext.P12 after hearing the petitioner and the seventh<\/p>\n
respondent Manager within a period of four months from the date of receipt<\/p>\n
of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n
      The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.<\/p>\n
