2   25.02.2011          Heard learned counsel Sri Alok Kumar Alok appearing for<\/p>\n
                 the petitioner as well as Sri Vinod Shankar Modi, learned Addl. P.P.<\/p>\n
                 for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                            Initially, informant filed a complaint case bearing<\/p>\n
                 Complaint case no. 1555\/2009 which was converted into SC\/ST<\/p>\n
                 Hajipur P.S. Case No. 498 of 2009 for the offences under sections 367<\/a><\/p>\n
                 and 368<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code and 3 (I) (X) of SC\/ST (Prevention<\/p>\n
                 of Atrocities) Act.\n<\/p>\n
                            Allegedly, petitioner along with co-accused took the<\/p>\n
                 informant’s son on the pretext to provide him job but after that<\/p>\n
                 informant’s son did not return to his home.\n<\/p>\n
                            Taking into consideration above stated facts as well as<\/p>\n
                 submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Raj Kumar Sah be<\/p>\n
                 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n
                 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with SC\/ST<\/p>\n
                 Hajipur P.S. Case No. 498 of 2009 to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n
                 Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.\n<\/p>\n
