No.23088 of 2011\n                                   Dayanand Thakur\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   20.07.2011                The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 307and<\/a> <a href=\"\/doc\/1208971\/\" id=\"a_1\">353<\/a> of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code, <a href=\"\/doc\/1961417\/\" id=\"a_2\">Sections 25<\/a>(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the <a href=\"\/doc\/1934415\/\" id=\"a_3\">Arms<\/p>\n<p>                   Act<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1056565\/\" id=\"a_4\">Sections 3<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1335368\/\" id=\"a_5\">5<\/a> of the Explosive Substances Act.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              The bail of the petitioner was rejected on<\/p>\n<p>                   19.05.2010 with the liberty to renew the prayer for bail if<\/p>\n<p>                   the trial is not concluded within a period of one year.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              A statement has been made that only four<\/p>\n<p>                   witnesses have been examined and in other cases, the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              It is also submitted that Krishnanand Kapri @<\/p>\n<p>                   Sanjay @ Sanjay Sing has now been granted bail by this<\/p>\n<p>                   Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>                   named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   A.D.J., F.T.c.-V, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            Case No. 441\/09, S.T.
