RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                       - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n\n                   Bail Application No. 3095 OF  2007\n\n                       - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                              DATED: 29-05-2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        The   petitioners   who   are   the   parents   and   wife   of   one   Prasad<\/p>\n<p>Joseph seek anticipatory bail on the allegation that the Keezhvaypoor<\/p>\n<p>police are at their heels.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">        2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that<\/p>\n<p>eventhough a complaint has been received against Prasad Joseph and<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioners   alleging   that   Prasad   Joseph   who   is   in   Kuwait   had<\/p>\n<p>induced   the   brother   of   the   de   facto   complainant   who   part   with<\/p>\n<p>15,000\/= Kuwait dinars amounting to Rs.22.5 lakhs, no crime has so<\/p>\n<p>far been registered against the  petitioners.
