                        appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                     Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case under<\/p>\n
                        Sections 272<\/a> and 273<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 47A<\/a><\/p>\n
                        of the Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n
                                     32 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the shop of<\/p>\n
                        the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
                                     Be that as it may, petitioner Tun Tun Singh is directed to<\/p>\n
                        be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender<\/p>\n
                        within a period of six weeks in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                        No. 29 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n
                        with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n
                        Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara subject to the conditions<\/p>\n
                        laid down under Section 438(2)<\/a> of the Cr.P.C. after verifying that the<\/p>\n
                        petitioner is not accused in the case of similar nature.<\/p>\n
