Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :27\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n             ----------------------------------------------\n             Bail Application No.5849 of 2010\n            ------------------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 27th day of September, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In this petition filed under <a href=\"\/doc\/1290514\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 439<\/a> Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is accused No.12 in Crime No.258\/2009 of<\/p>\n<p>Sreekandapuram Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/482448\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 376<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"\/doc\/1146308\/\" id=\"a_2\">366(A)<\/a> read with <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_3\">Section 34<\/a> I.P.C., seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.           The petitioner was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>14\/8\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 8\/10\/2010 on his executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Taliapramba and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.5849\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                     : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      1.     The petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<p id=\"p_5\">      2.     The petitioner shall make himself available<\/p>\n<p>             for interrogation as and when required by<\/p>\n<p>             the police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">      3.     The      petitioner shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>             shall he attempt to         tamper     with    the<\/p>\n<p>             evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">\n<p id=\"p_8\">      4.
