M. SAHAI)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\tWe have<br \/>\nheard learned senior counsel Mr. Mihir Joshi assisted by learned<br \/>\ncounsel Mr. Uday R. Bhatt for the applicant and learned Government<br \/>\nPleader Mr. Prakash K. Jani assisted by learned Assistant Government<br \/>\nPleader Mr. N.J. Shah for the respondents<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant was aggrieved by an order dated 14.3.2011 passed by<br \/>\nCollector, Bhavnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Government Pleader has placed before us an order dated<br \/>\n19.7.2011 passed by Collector, Bhavnagar, whereby order dated<br \/>\n14.3.2011 has been withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tSince<br \/>\nthe order passed by Collector, Bhavnagar has been withdrawn, there is<br \/>\nno question of any contempt committed by the Collector and the<br \/>\napplicant does not want to proceed further with this contempt<br \/>\npetition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. Notice is<br \/>\ndischarged.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tA copy<br \/>\nof the order dated 19.7.2011 has been served on the learned counsel<br \/>\nfor the applicant.
