No. I-23\/2010, has been registered with DCB Police Station,<br \/>\nAhmedabad.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tLearned advocate Mr.<br \/>\nRaval seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a<br \/>\nliberty to file fresh application before the competent court as now<br \/>\nthe charge sheet has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tPermission as prayed<br \/>\nfor is granted.
