         Heard   the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the   learned<\/p>\n
Public   Prosecutor.     The   petitioner   is   bound   to   comply   with   the<\/p>\n
conditions, which is sought to be relaxed – that he should not enter the<\/p>\n
jurisdiction   of   Taliparamba   Police   Station   till   28.07.07.     I   do   not,   in<\/p>\n
these circumstances, find any necessity to modify the conditions.  I am<\/p>\n
not entering any finding on the alleged violation of the conditions by<\/p>\n
the   petitioner.     Option   of   the   prosecution   to   take   action   for   such<\/p>\n
violation, if any, will, of course, remain.\n<\/p>\n
         2.    This Crl.M.C is, dismissed with the above observations.\n<\/p>\n
