No. 653\/2011, pending in the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks<\/p>\n<p>                   permission    to   withdraw      this   application,   as<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted, petitioner has been arrested by the<\/p>\n<p>                   police.
