I heard learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">       3.      The   writ   petition   is   disposed   of   directing   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent  to  take   a  decision  on  Ext.P5  in  accordance   with  law  after<\/p>\n<p>hearing the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.
